Texans Can Academies

Texans Can Academies is actively seeking a CTE TEacher for our Oak Cliff Campus to teach Career Prep, Entrepreneurship, and Sports Marketing. At a minimum, a Bachelor's degree is required, but certification is not required. Compensation starts at $52,000 annually for individuals without certification and $60,000 for individuals who are certified. We are excited to announce that Texans Can Academies' schools and offices will resume regular operations on Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2024. The TCA Austin campus hosted a Thanksgiving dinner giveaway for more than 40 students and families today. The turkeys were donated by CTE Advisory Board member Andrea Dicks.

Representatives from TCA DFW will be on hand to visit with potential candidates at the Red White and You Hiring Event at Gilley's Dallas, hosted by the Texas Workforce Commission. They partner with teachers and administrators to monitor and intervene in social and emotional wellness initiatives, advise and intervene when students are in need of direction, and serve as a conduit through which students and families can access the resources they need.
